Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Participant Cancellation

All registrations are strictly non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

2. Organizer Cancellation

If the workshop is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, pool issues, safety concerns, etc.), participants will be given:

• A full refund, or

• An option to reschedule to a future session

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the workshop (no-show) will be treated as a cancellation.
No refunds, reschedules, or transfers will be provided.

4. Late Arrival

Late arrival or missing parts of the session will not be considered as a valid reason for a refund.
No refund requests will be accepted in such cases.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will be considered only in exceptional cases, subject to availability and at the discretion of the organizer.

6. Transfer of Slot

Slot transfers to another person may be allowed only with prior notice and approval.
The new participant must meet all eligibility requirements.

7. Personal Emergencies

No refunds will be provided for personal emergencies.
Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Payment Confirmation

Your slot is confirmed only after full payment is received.
Partial payments (if any) do not guarantee a spot.

9. Policy Acceptance

By registering for the workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and refund policy.
