Deep Water Workshop

By registering for the Deep Water Workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 4 years old.
There is no maximum age limit.

For minors (below 18 years), registration must be completed by a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on their behalf.

This workshop is not suitable for complete beginners.
Participants must have basic swimming skills to attend.

2. Health & Safety

You confirm that you (or your child) are physically fit to participate in this workshop.

Any existing medical conditions such as heart issues, breathing problems, injuries, or breathing difficulties must be disclosed in advance.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

3. Assumption of Risk

Swimming in deep water involves inherent risks, including fatigue, panic, injury, or accidents.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

4. Instructor Authority

All participants must follow the instructions of the coach/instructor at all times.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without any refund.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registrations are strictly non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and at the discretion of the organizer.

7. Punctuality

Participants are expected to arrive on time.

Late entry may not be permitted once the session has started.

8. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.

9. Media & Content Consent

Photos and videos may be captured during the workshop for promotional and marketing purposes.

By participating, you grant permission for this content to be used, unless you inform us otherwise in advance.

10. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants.

Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

11. Liability Waiver

The organizer, instructors, and facility will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after the workshop.

12. Changes to the Workshop

We reserve the right to modify the schedule, location, or structure of the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances.
